Content Collaborator

Get to know me.

1. What do you do at Coast?

I am their wordsmith! I provide all types of content to the Coast team and its many clients, from web copy to blogs right through to longer format articles for local publications they look after.

2. What is your favourite thing about working with Coast?

The Coast team!! Everyone is incredibly talented and creative and a pleasure to work with. They really are like a big family.

3. How are you creative or innovative when working with Coast?

I’m always challenged to find new and creative ways of communicating to a specific audience. No two jobs are ever the same at Coast so I’ve really got to change up my creativity to make sure I’m expressing what needs to be said in the right way.

4. Describe the vibe at Coast and why you chose to collaborate with the crew there

The vibe is happy, relaxed but professional. As mentioned, they are all extremely talented so I feel very lucky to collaborate with them on each and every project.

5. What unique flavour do you bring to the team?

I think I bring a bit of quirkiness to the team (even though they’re almost at max capacity on this front!).  I think I keep them entertained with my ridiculous sneezes and our shared love of tragic 2000s hits, cake and of course, hot chips.

6. If you were a character from a famous film or book, who would you be and why?

Hermione Granger. I’m a bit of a stickler for the rules, a very big nerd at heart and my, oh my do I wish I was a witch.

7. What is your fav piece of clothing?

Absolutely every pair of overalls I own.

8. What is your vice when faced with a challenge?

Not asking enough questions when initially briefed! I can be a little like a deer in headlights. Thankfully, once I’ve gotten my head around the task at hand I can think more clearly.

9. What would your proud Mum say about you?

She would hopefully say I’m hard working, smart and reliable (parents have to say that, right?)

10. Choose 3 words that best describe you

Positive, quirky, a bit shy (until you get to know me)
