Founded by Australia’s First World Barista Champion, Paul Bassett, Bassett Espresso source and roast exceptional coffees from around the world. Based in Sydney, NSW the team at Bassett Espresso have been supplying locally & internationally for 17 years.
Bassett Espresso had noticed that their existing website was beginning to cause problems. It was being hosted on a server that was too old to work with modern web technologies and updates and therefore affecting their payment gateway!
We decided that the best way forward was to create them a new eCommerce website; taking them from WordPress to Shopify to best manage their online orders and build and re-market to their databases. We also built a custom subscription module to allow their customers to subscribe to regular coffee deliveries and easily manage their accounts through the website!
Even prior to the website project Bassett Espresso have been coming to Coast for all their design needs.
We regularly create product labels and website images for their single provenance coffees and have worked with their sales team to develop marketing tools to stay front of mind after a meeting and increase wholesale revenue.
Bassett Espresso had recently launched specialty coffee capsules! They were being well received but there was room for growth so together we launch a digital marketing campaign to increase awareness.
Coast created some brand videos and marketed across Facebook & Google (PPC) ads. Check out the results!
