Having originally launched the business as Maggie’s Dog Café 4 years ago, Lisa and Stephen have rapidly grown the business by setting up and acquiring complementary pet wellness and nutrition brands, creating an online offering and loyal brand following across Australia. Coast has been engaged to rebrand Maggie’s, from initial brand strategy and positioning to the creation of a new brand identity and refreshed brand design including the delivery of new product packaging and a new streamlined digital experience through a seamless eCommerce website.
To begin Coast Creative Director Shane O’Brien hosted a series of brand identity strategy sessions to establish their brand architecture, brand positioning, hierarchy, brand essence, and tone of voice.
Once completed Coast Lead Designer & Brand Specialist, Jena Hackett was ready to get creative and develop the brand identity workshop that would inform the refreshed branding design. For Maggie’s, this brand execution included both graphic and digital elements from packaging and point of sale through to the website and social channels.
