With over 30 years of experience, North Coast Power and Water (NCP+W) is the leading supplier of power and water solutions on the Mid North Coast.
NCP+W approached Coast to revitalise their brand positioning, while also modernising their digital presence to improve customer user experience, online sales and support business growth.
Guided by our Creative Director, Jena, Coast rebranded NCP+W to elevate their brand profile and verbalise their USPs. This included creating new, impactful marketing messages that resonate with their audience, developing a cohesive brand suite to ensure consistency across all platforms, and designing custom iconography to clearly highlight their primary services… to be used in the next stage of our project, web design!
With the new brand kit finalised, Coast designed and developed a user-friendly WordPress eCommerce site powered by WooCommerce. The site was seamlessly integrated with NCP+W’s POS system, ensuring smooth transactions both online and in-store.
Taking functionality a step further, Coast’s lead developer, John, built a custom troubleshooting tool specifically for tradies. This innovative feature allows users to access expert advice on-the-go, right from the job site.
The intuitive shopping experience is further enhanced by service-specific icons, guiding users through tailored pathways—whether they’re shopping for Commercial, Trade, or Residential solutions.
To maximise online visibility, SEO-optimised copy was written and strategically implemented throughout the site, driving traffic and improving search rankings.
