Allegra School is a flexible learning environment that supports young people in Years 9–12 through inclusive education and real-world care. Coast has loved collaborating with the Allegra team to evolve their brand and bring clarity and consistency across their visual identity, signage, website, and ongoing SEO strategy. It’s been a meaningful partnership, collaborating with their passionate team to elevate the way their story is shared both online and in the real world.

Brand Evolution, Values Posters + Signage Designs

Allegra School approached Coast to help evolve their existing brand, seeking a fresh, modern look that better reflected the school’s supportive and inclusive approach to education. The goal wasn’t a complete redesign, but rather a thoughtful evolution – something that felt more polished and professional without losing the warmth and individuality that sets Allegra apart. Led by our Creative Director, Jena, we worked closely with their team to refine their design style, introduce flexible brand elements, and provide guidance on how to confidently use their existing logos.

This new visual direction laid the foundation for a suite of updated brand collateral, including three values-led posters that capture Allegra’s mission, vision, and core beliefs in a bold and accessible way. We also brought the evolved brand into the physical space, designing new entry and reception signage to create a welcoming and cohesive first impression. As the school continues to grow, the refreshed branding will be rolled out further across signage and communications to keep everything feeling connected and aligned.

 

 

eCommerce Website Design, UX + Development

Following the brand evolution, Coast turned its focus to elevating Allegra’s online presence. With a goal to streamline the site experience and improve accessibility, we restructured the website’s information architecture to create a more intuitive and user-friendly flow. The result? A modern, easy-to-navigate platform that makes exploring the school, understanding the enrolment process, and finding key resources a breeze.

Coast’s Lead Developer, John, took the website’s design to the next level, incorporating Allegra’s refreshed brand elements and a much-improved visual identity. Key upgrades included a dyslexia-friendly font toggle for enhanced accessibility, a more prominent display of the school’s 3D tour, and streamlined enrolment and FAQ sections for prospective families. We also enhanced the social and news integrations to help foster a stronger connection with the school community.
